A crucial part of the design process, we use technical drawings to find the most suitable, practical and visually pleasing space layout for each area in question

Design Management
We take the pressure off your shoulders by liaising with new and existing third parties, consultants and tradespeople and managing deliveries and returns of products we have sourced. We oversee the project to ensure it runs as smoothly as possible

Procurement
We utilise our industry expertise, knowledge and experience to present a detailed directory of hand-picked accessories and materials from our trusted suppliers and trade partners, unique to each project.

One
Initial Consultation
A necessary first step for every potential project, the initial consultation is when we learn about the brief, you, the client, your vision, timescale and budget. Based on the information provided during this meeting, we discuss which services we can provide to best suit the project. It is essential at this stage that we are provided with all the main information to guarantee that we can work as efficiently as possible.

Contractual Agreement
Once agreed on our involvement in the project, a package containing the agreement and schedule of works is sent over to you.
Three
Initial concept proposal
Upon signing the contract we will then get to work producing technical drawings of all floorplans and special solutions. At this stage we will also present you with an initial concept design which will give you a general idea of the proposed style, mood and colour scheme.
Four
Development of design scheme
Based on the feedback you provide us with after the presentation of the Initial Concept Proposal, we further develop this into a specific proposal of furniture, fittings, wall and floor coverings and colours. We will review the budget and desired timescale with you and liaise with the relevant contacts to initiate the following stages.

FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment)
Proposal and/or procurement of all items, coordination of deliveries and returns where necessary
Six
Design Management
We conduct regular site visits to ensure that the project is running as smoothly as possible.
Seven
Installation and dressing
The last stage of the project includes the styling of your home and business before we hand it over to you. This is usually the point at which we will photograph the space for use in our portfolio.
